Our Mission
Mission Statement
The mission of the Rabon Farms Homeowners Association Committees is to enhance the quality of life within our community by promoting safety, fostering neighborly connections, and maintaining the beauty and integrity of our shared spaces. Through the collective efforts of the Events, Welcome, Marketing, Safety, and Beautification Committees, we strive to:
- Welcome new residents and ensure they feel informed, valued, and connected;
- Host events that build community spirit and encourage meaningful engagement;
- Market our community’s strengths and initiatives through clear, consistent communication;
- Promote safety and awareness to support a secure environment for all;
- Enhance beautification to preserve the aesthetic appeal and pride of our neighborhood.
Together, we are committed to building a vibrant, inclusive, and well-maintained community that all residents are proud to call home.
Events Committee
Events Committee is responsible for community building and major events sponsored by the Homeowners Association that are held in the Rabon Farms Community. The Events Committee meets every second Monday at 6:00 p.m.
Beautification Committee
Beautification Committee is responsible for community clean up; holiday decor; and landscaping in the Rabon Farms Community. The Beautification Committee meets every second Tuesday at 1:00 p.m.
Safety Committee
Synergestic actionables. Organic growth deep dive but circle back.
Welcome Committee
The Welcome Committee is responsible for new neighbor packets and rental packets in the Rabon Farms Community. The Welcome Committee meets every fourth Wednesday at 7:00 p.m..
Marketing Committee
The Marketing Committee is responsible for newsletter content; DIY videos: sponsorship letters; community website in the Rabon Farms Community. The Marketing Committee meets every first Tuesday at 6:00 p.m
